Tipi Wedding packages

We work with a Tipi company called Tipi 4 hire to provide a package for you. The Tipi will be placed in our field for you and your guests to enjoy the amazing countryside around us.

Our venue, tipi hire includes:

Venue with Tipi. Yurt and Gypsy wagon for glamping for the night of the event for 2 people in each abode, Toilets, Power (generator), Jubilee Bar from 6pm

Our Tipi set ups can be changed  for your specification. We know that no two events are the same! We will look into this more when you are invited to the farm for a meeting to discuss your special day.

Our tipi's include:

Internal carpet

6m x 6m catering tent (matching the tipi)

Fairy lights

Tables and benches with sheep skin throws.

Dance floor with disco ball and 2 x spotlights

Bar

The Prices and options differ from wedding to wedding. Please use the prices as a guildline for an average wedding for each number of guests. If you would like more guests than quoted for, please ask as there is no limit!!

More information

Catering

We have several preferred caterers who we can recommend. Brides and grooms may bring their own caterers, but they must be pre-approved by Jubilee Barn.

All food waste must be taken away from site on the evening of the event.

Beverages

Option 1: You can purchase one of our day drinks packages with a pay bar from 6pm.


Option 2: Provide your own wine, beer and soft drinks for the day, with a pay bar from 6pm. (minimum spend £1000)

Legal ceremonies

Jubilee Barn is not licenced for legal ceremonies; however, you are welcome to have a blessing or non-legal ceremony onsite.

Glamping - Camping

We supply our yurt and hut for a max of 2 guests in each for the day /evening of event and ask you to vacate by 3pm the following day. Unless you book extra nights!

We can help provide glamping bell tents for your guests, please ask for details and we will put you in touch with our favourite company.  We do charge £5 for each guest staying for the evening and ask to vacate by 12 noon.

We do take a £1000 deposit for this which is fully refundable once the site is vacated and left as found.

Your guests can bring their own tents, with only the fee of £5 per guest

We cannot accommodate camper vans on site due to preserving the grass in the field.

We can provide a pay on the day breakfast BBQ the morning after your wedding.

Parking

We have plenty of parking on site for cars. Coaches will need to be of a curtain size to fit and turn through our gates, please ask if you need more details.
